We are a Healthy School and encourage all pupils to make healthy meal choices.
School meals are available for all children. Alternatively, children can bring a healthy packed lunch, which is eaten in the hall with the other children when school dinners are served.
School meals cost £11.75 per week (£2.35 per day) for Nursery children, and Reception to Year 6 children currently receive Frees School Meals. Meals are paid through ParentPay and must be paid for at least 1 week in advance. There is no charge if your child is absent. If you have any questions about school lunches please speak to Doreen in the school office.
Sustainability and Food Quality
We ensure ensures the highest quality foods reach your child’s plate by working closely with suppliers. Where possible, food is locally sourced, and all come with the highest quality marks.
If you’d like some more information about how we source our food sustainably, please speak to the office.
All children from Reception to Year 6 currently receive Free School Meals.
Parents in receipt of Income Support or Working Tax Credit may be eligible for Free School Meals, for further details click here. The School Office can also provide information on this and any discussion will be treated as strictly confidential. Children who receive income based Free School Meals currently receive vouchers for supermarkets during the school holidays.
